NORTHWEST BODYBUILDERS AND PHYSIQUE COMPETITORS SHOWCASE
STRENGTH AND FITNESS IN VANCOUVER USA
Regional participants compete in national qualifier for NPC and IFBB Championships
VANCOUVER, Wash. - The 2013 NPC Vancouver USA Natural Bodybuilding and Physique Championships and Tanji Johnson Fitness, Figure and Bikini Classic will highlight the Northwest's best bodybuilders and National Physique Committee (NPC) athletes. Held Saturday, March 30, at Skyview High School, contestants will compete in physique, fitness, bikini, and figure categories, in addition to other body groupings.
"Vancouver's versatile venues are well equipped to accommodate various sports events and tournaments," said Rosemary Cooke, director of sales at the Vancouver USA Regional Tourism Office, which operates the Vancouver USA Regional Sports Commission. "We are looking forward to continuing to grow this event again next year and future years in Vancouver."
The evening show will feature guest performances by International Federation of Body Building and Fitness professionals Branden Ray, Jose Raymond and Amber Leon.
The event will include pre-judging at 9 a.m., followed by the Bikini and Men's Physique judging and finals. The evening show will begin at 6 p.m.; doors open at 5 p.m.
