Vancouver, Washington is easy to get to, but hard to leave. Vancouver and Clark County are conveniently located next to major interstate highways, airports, railways, and bus lines.
By Car
Interstate 5, the major north-south artery for the West Coast, travels directly through our area. And right across the river, I-84, running along the Oregon side of the Columbia River, provides easy access from the west. A number of other state highways give visitors easy access from the northwest and southwest. Check road conditions before you leave.

By Air

Portland International Airport (PDX) is just 10 minutes away from your stay in Vancouver USA and is served by more than 17 regional, national, and international airlines (more airlift information).
Clark County has two airfields that accommodate private aircraft: Pearson Airfield near downtown Vancouver, and Grove Field near the Port of Camas-Washougal.
By Bus or Rail
The Vancouver Amtrak passenger station is located near downtown. North-, south-, and east-bound trains arrive and depart daily. Greyhound Bus offers service to many locations.
Once You're Here
There are many car rental agencies located at the airport and in Clark County, including Enterprise, Hertz, Avis, and Budget Car Rental. Vancouver is served by two primary taxi services Vancouver Cab Company and Radio Cab. Ride sharing is also available, including Lyft and Uber.
Clark County boasts a robust network of public transportation options. C-Tran, has 27 routes covering the area and travels into Portland. C-Tran also offers curb-to-curb service for people who are unable to use regular service, as well as carpool and van-pool services. Two transit centers and five park-and-ride facilities serve the area.
Shuttle Service is available via exobus, Blue Star, Northwest Navigator, MTRWestern, and GOGO Charters.
