To get started, complete the form below or email your RFP documents to meetings@visitvancouverusa.com. You can also speak to a member of our team by calling 360-750-1553.

Booking Incentive

After you've booked your group in Vancouver USA, you'll be automatically entered into a quarterly drawing to win a Pendleton Woolen Mills blanket. The blanket is yours to keep, or it can be used as a raffle for your meeting attendees to commemorate their experience.

The blanket represents a special tie to the area. Not only is it artfully crafted nearby at the Washougal Woolen Mills, but the print is a tribute to the famous Nez Pearce leader, Chief Joseph. Members of the Nez Pearce tribe, including Chief Joseph, were held against their will at Fort Vancouver before release and eventual reconciliation efforts. Each April, the Nez Pearce people hold a public a ceremony at Fort Vancouver, which includes honor songs, drumming, and the famous Appaloosas.
