SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON CONVENTION & VISITORS BUREAU 
ANNOUNCES DEBBIE PICARD AS CONVENTION SALES MANAGER 
VANCOUVER, Wash. - Debbie Picard has accepted a new position with the Southwest 
Washington Convention and Visitors Bureau as Convention Sales Manager.  Picard has been with 
the organization for just over two years focusing on tourism development and group tour sales.  As 
Convention Sales Manager, she will be responsible for generating leads and bringing meetings, 
conventions and group tours to Vancouver and Clark County.  Picard has a strong background in 
sales, and has worked in the Clark County market for over 14 years.   
"Her previous experience and knowledge of the industry makes her a perfect fit for the job," said 
Rosemary Cooke, Director of Sales for the SWCVB.  "We are extremely pleased that she will be 
joining the sales team."
