Vancouver USA has an incredible riverfront that features restaurants, parks, and miles of walking trails. With ground work for a new development underway, the waterfront will become even more of a community gathering place for visitors and residents alike. A 32-acre riverfront parcel that was once home to sawmills, wharves, and shipyards is set for a makeover. When complete, the $1.3 billion mixed-use project will include parks, retail, residential, lodging, and office space.

In addition to almost 1,000,000 square feet of office space, the development will ultimately have 3,300 residential units, a hotel, and retail space including restaurants and specialty shops. By reconnecting the waterfront to the downtown core, the project aims to provide much improved access to the waterfront and add to the livability of the area.

Site work will include new streets as well as bicyclists and pedestrians access, solar power technologies, and ample outdoor community space. The development will revolutionize the riverfront and lend a new view of Vancouver from the Columbia River and Oregon.
