English Estate Winery is Clark County's oldest winery and is owned and operated by the English Family. Now in the fourth generation, the English have farmed this land since 1903. Their estate-grown pinot noir and cabernet sauvignon are from vines planted in 1980 by Carl D. English. Enjoy more than 20 choices of wine in the Loafing Shed Tasting Room. The tasting room is located in the barn Carl's grandfather built in 1915 for $150 and is open noon to 6 p.m. Friday - Sunday and Monday from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. year-round.
