Summary Description:
The Office Administrator's role is to support the President and departmental staff as assigned.

The Office Administrator is responsible for preparing and keeping financial records for the Tourism Office, researching and maintaining employee benefit programs, maintaining general office systems, the ongoing developing of policies and procedures and overseeing the general organization of the office.

The position of Office Administrator will be filled with a candidate possessing a minimum of three years office support experience, including strong organizational background, computer skills (proficient in Excel and Quickbooks required), accounting practices and exceptional customer service and communication skills.
